- To initiate a return, please email your order number to customerservice@thermalpaperplus.com
- All returns must have an RMA# from Thermal Paper Plus
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the ship date
- Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA# issuance. Returns not received within 14 days will be cancelled and no refund issued.
- All returns must be in the form of full cases – no partial returns accepted
- Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of product for refund to be issued
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking/repackaging fee
- Refused or Undeliverable items will be charged shipping (outbound and inbound) plus the 20% restocking fee
- If we shipped the incorrect product, simply alert our team and we’ll get the correct item out right away and arrange for pickup of the incorrect item.
